About "Find Your Path"

This website was developed by Vertex Pharmaceuticals (Germany) GmbH and aims to support you in your everyday life and with your visits to your doctor and therapist. Here, you will find ideas, tips and inspiring stories from other patients, as well as medical, legal and helpful information on the condition beta thalassaemia.

We hope that, with the help of the Community, you will find your own path.

At your age, an especially important question to ask yourself is "What do I want to become?". Perhaps you are about to graduate from school or start university studies, or you are looking for an apprenticeship or have possibly already found one. You must have so many questions about how to do all that with beta thalassaemia. Try not to worry about it – there are places to find help and support, and you also have rights that you might not yet know about. "Find Your Path" wants to support you to find your own path in your education and career, so you can live with beta thalassaemia and look to the future with optimism.
